Alpha state is the state of mind you will experience before going to sleep or awaking from the sleep. This state can be brought to use for effective programming in our subconscious. When you sit on an armless chair in a room where you are not distracted, you can enter the alpha trance.

Never do this exercise when you are driving or working on a machine. Sit on a comfortable chair. Just relax and close your eyes. Feel going deeper into your mind. Get excited about life. Then begin to say affirmations and visualize what you want to achieve.

When you visualize, see as if you have already achieved what you want. Mix positive emotions and feel the triumphant attitude from within. Express gratitude and come out of this state. When you begin to program your mind two to three times a day, you will experience wonderful outcomes from this exercise.
